It’s an incredible honor to be named to Time magazine’s “30 Must-See Tumblr Blogs” list and to be in the great company of ShortFormBlog, BrooklynMutt and others. Seriously, I feel like telling all my friends about it but then everyone would know who I am and it would get back to prospective employers and they’d all be like “Ewwww, that guy? No fucking thanks” and then I’d slip into a deep depression and hide in a cave and then live in a cave for like 67 years and then leave said cave and step into a world wholly unfamiliar to me, where the great-grandson of Mitt Romney now rules over a land called Baincapitalia, where everyone is decidedly not the 99 Percent, and where the Occupy Wall Street movement has been banished to an island in the Indian Ocean that was washed over by the sea two decades ago. And why would I want to do that to myself? At all events, please hire me anyway? And thanks again, Time magazine, for conferring upon me membership in the Vast Left-Wing Conspiracy. :-)
